Go to: https://www.rascal.columbia.edu, in the “Compliance” section, open the “hazardous materials” link, and complete the appropriate Appendix. Appendices describing work done as part of an IACUC or IRB proposal are electronically attached to the IACUC or IRB proposal. For in vitro-only work, complete the proper Appendix, save it, and send or fax a hard copy to EH&S for approval.
