Hazardous waste is highly regulated, and mismanagement of any of these wastes carries great penalties. To ensure safe and effective disposal, proper procedures must be followed at all times. Our waste management program is designed to minimize environmental and financial impacts.
The Environmental Health and Safety is responsible for all chemical waste activities on the Morningside Campus, Medical Center, Nevis Laboratories, Lamont Doherty, Baker field, and Prentis locations.
